- Our kitchen is complete with all new appliances including microwave, dishwasher, disposal, dishes and cooking utensils.

- Dining and living room, including a cable TV and VCR and phones for free local calls.

- There is a covered garage, swimming pool, tennis courts, and boat docks on the property.

- Washer and dryer on each floor.

- Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in rental properties.

- Smoke free environment.
